We try to fulfill the needs of our guests. We offer the following two optional meal packages. Beverages are not included in these packages but can be added to the shopping list.

Snacks

  • Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
  • Quesadillas (folded tortillas filled with melted cheese)
  • Nachos (Tortilla chips with melted cheese and different toppings)
  • Mexican Sauces
  • Refried beans
  • Sopesitos (Baked petite cornmeal patties garnished with assorted diced vegetables)


Breakfast (Served at 9:00 AM)

Coffee with milk, natural or flavored yogurt, orange juice, fresh sweet bread, white and whole wheat toast, assorted fresh fruit plate or fruit cocktail cup, honey and maple syrup, butter, baked fresh bacon or sausage. Choice of varied fresh eggs prepared on the spot served with refried beans, Panela cheese and tortilla chips Sautéed potatoes (optional)

Pick 2 choices of eggs per group:

  • Scrambled eggs / or Mexican-style scrambled eggs.
  • Motuleño-style eggs on a toasted corn tortilla or fried Ranchero-style eggs on tortilla with tomato sauce.
  • Mushroom omelet or ham and cheese omelet.
  • Omelet with peppers and bacon or omelet with fresh vegetables (vegetarian option).
  • Lobster or shrimp omelet (additional charge applies).


Brunch/Lunch (Served at 1:00 PM)

All daily menus include:

Traditional enchiladas from the state of Puebla, tortillas filled with chicken or sautéed vegetables in a delicious and slightly spicy Mole Poblano sauce (chocolate sauce) Comes with fresh cheese, cream and white rice or guacamole.

LIME SOUP
Traditional Yucatan dish. Delicious soup of fresh limes, served with fried julienne tortillas and chicken.

TACO BUFFET
Variety of tacos with chicken, beef, sausage, and pepper strips, accompanied with white rice, refried beans, Pico de Gallo sauce (condiment made from finely chopped tomato, onion and hot peppers), corn and flour tortillas.

Original corn tortilla soup made with fresh tomatoes, served with julienne tortillas, cream, Panela cheese, and avocado.
